The apartment is spacious and well designed, with plenty of space to move around, the living-room space opens on to a balcony looking out on a garden with two trees, while you go through a little hallway to the bedroom, and to the bathroom beyond. Bathroom is well designed, the shower functions well and drains perfectly. Air conditioning works well. The whole apartment is fully, thoughtfully and excellently equipped, and very clean. The team is available 24/7 and they are friendly, courteous , prompt, effective and cheerful whenever approached for help with minor issues. Location is very close to the Mouffetard, a lively street that we love, with excellent local produce.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced great customer service. Noah at the front reception was a great way for us to be introduced to the hotel. Our apartment was stylish, comfortable and well appointed - although we didn't use the kitchen to cook, it seemed to have everything you would need. I was a bit nervous about whether or not our room would meet our expectations, but we needn't have worried, as it was lovely and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location was also convenient; within a few minutes' walk there were grocery stores, cafes, chemists and fresh market stores. Public transit was also close by. There was construction happening next door while we were there, but that was during the day while we were out, so most of the time not a problem (and it's not something they could control). The manager was also very accommodating when we caught Covid and I needed to stay and rest past check-out time; he let me stay in the same room until I had to leave for the airport in late afternoon. All in all a great experience :-)

Location close to eateries, local markets, restaurants and metro, our 1 BR apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable, adequate heat in November , extremely friendly and helpful staff - Jeremy and Erwan for local recommendations; would definitely stay here again

The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy, in a very good neighborhood close to metro, bus and lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything you need for an amazing stay in Paris.

Excellent location, near to a variety of restaurants, shops and bars, supermarket etc. pleasant local area. short walk to metro. Comfortable room with loads of nice finishing touches. 24hr reception with helpful, friendly staff.

Location was outstanding, close to gardens and about a 15 minute pleasant walk to the tourist precinct. Lots of cafes around the apartment. Incredibly convenient grocery shops about 20 steps from the apartment!

Beautiful apartments, clean and thoughtfully equipped and decorated. We were a party of 10 with 2 small children and the apartments were perfect for us. We were greeted by the staff who immediately made us coffees, and offered water while we checked in. The apartments are close to a shopping street with lovely gift shops, restaurants and bars. It’s a perfect place to stay and I hope to return one day

-Clean and well equipped apartment in a safe neighbourhood; felt just like coming home. -Beautifully decorated with attention to detail; felt like luxury. -Favourite thing: a balcony with a sweet view for moments of mindfulness and to peacefully enjoy our morning coffee and treats on before heading out to explore the bustling city. -Another favourite thing: did I mention clean!!! And I have high standards, which were absolutely met. -Friendly staff, and 24 hour presence which added to a sense of security while travelling with young children.
